Release August 2026
Our team has been hard at work creating updates and new features just for you, see what we’ve been up to over the last month.
New Integrations
Snowflake
Description Snowflake is a cloud data platform connector that lets you access and manage Snowflake data directly from your workflows. It supports actions such as retrieving databases, schemas, tables, and table details, as well as executing SQL statements and sending custom API requests.
Purpose Its purpose is to automate data operations inside Engini, enabling users to query and retrieve Snowflake data, work with database objects, execute SQL-based processes, and integrate Snowflake with other business applications without manual work.

New Features
Refresh Executions
Description Added a Refresh button to the Executions history, allowing users to manually reload the execution list and display the most up-to-date workflow statuses.
Purpose Its purpose is to ensure users can view the latest execution results without leaving the page. This is especially useful for long-running workflows, where the execution status may remain Running until the history is refreshed.

Bulk User Management
Description Added the ability to manage multiple users at once directly from the User Management page. Users can select several users using the checkboxes in the table, or select all displayed users from the header checkbox.
Purpose This feature makes user administration faster and more efficient, especially in workspaces with many users. Instead of updating each user individually, administrators can apply the same action to multiple users in a single step.

Reactions and Comment Actions
Description Added support for reactions and new comment-related actions for table records.
Users can now add comments to records using the Add Comment to Record action, including formatted text, Dynamic Content, and Functions. In addition, the Get Record Comments action allows users to retrieve one or more comments from a selected record, with support for Top N, filtering, and sorting.
New reaction capabilities were also added, allowing workflows to work with reactions associated with record comments.
Purpose These additions provide more flexibility when working with collaboration and activity data directly from workflows. Users can now create comments, retrieve existing comments, and work with reactions without having to manage this information manually outside the workflow.

Table Views and Pin/Unpin
Description Added improved support for table views, allowing users to create and switch between different views of the same table without duplicating the table itself.
Each view can maintain its own configuration, including filters, sorting, grouping, and column visibility settings.
Users can also manage which views remain visible in the top navigation bar using the new Pin / Unpin option. To pin a view, open the three-dot menu next to the view name and select Pin. A pinned view remains displayed at the top of the table for faster access. To remove it from the top navigation bar, open the same menu and select Unpin. The view itself is not deleted and can still be accessed later.
Purpose These improvements make it easier to organize and navigate between different table configurations. Users can create dedicated views for different needs and keep the most frequently used views pinned for quicker access.
