adding contacts to your engini account allows you to collaborate and share access with people associated with or outside of your company this guide will walk you through the simple steps to add contacts step 1 accessing settings first, click your profile at the bottom of the sidebar click on the gear wheel icon (setting) locate in the lower left corner of the screen step 2 accessing user management click on the user management tab that appeared step 3 inviting a contact click on the “invite users” button important! by pressing the three dots ••• on the right side of the user, you can choose to either delete or deactivate an existing user step 4 providing contact details now, a window will appear where you can enter the necessary details email addresses enter the email address of the contact you want to add in the provided field by seperating the email addresses with a coma, you can invite multiple users account role choose the appropriate level of access for each user administrator – complete control over the platform, enable to create and modify processes, manage settings, add users, invite individuals to the account, and alter account related details, providing full account management capabilities member – ability to execute actions within the system, utilize various features, and contribute to processes based on their assigned role however, they do not have privileges to manage the account and modify settings app only – users with this contact type can only view and use the app they are restricted from interacting with the processes, making changes or accessing other functions within the system including editing the application workspace when adding a new user, the admin must assign the user to the relevant workspace or workspaces the user will have access only to the workspaces they are assigned to environment the admin must assign the user to the relevant environments within each workspace, ensuring access only to the appropriate environments (for example, production) workspace role choose the access level for a specific workspace add choose to invite several team members at once using the add button click on the “send invitations” button user management page learn about the different columns and how to manage the page better for your choice user – displays the team member's avatar image along with their full name email – shows the registered email address connected to the user's platform account role – features a drop down menu showing the user's current permission level (e g , administrator ) administrators can use this drop down to change a user's permissions instantly joined – displays the exact date and time the user originally created their account or accepted their workspace invitation last active – tracks the last timestamp the user logged in or performed an action on the platform, helping you monitor workspace engagement status – indicates the user's current account state (such as active ), confirming whether they currently have valid system access more options click the three dots on the far right of any user's row to open account management options resend invite when an invitation is sent to a user, the status of the user will remain as pending until the invitation is accepted in case he didn’t receive it, you can resend the invitation to the same user activate restores access for a suspended or deactivated user, changing their status back to active and allowing them to log into the workspace immediately delete permanently removes the user from the workspace and revokes all of their access rights accepting an invitation how to join a workspace if you have been invited to engini, follow these steps to set up your account check your email look for an invitation email from engini if you do not see it, check your spam or promotions folder click the invitation link inside the email, click on the word link to accept the invitation this will open a new tab in your browser sign in to your account or create a new one once you follow the invitation link, you will arrive at the login page you can choose from several different methods to access your workspace i will specify how each option works below sign in to your account choose one of the two options email and password enter your email address and password under the "or continue with email" section, complete the "i'm not a robot" recaptcha verification, and click sign in sign in with google click the google button at the top of the form and select your google account in the secure pop up window to log in instantly without a password create a new account fill the following steps provide your contact and company details fill in your email, full name, and company name phone & location select your country from the country code dropdown and enter your mobile number in the phone field (required to receive an sms verification code) password enter a password in the password field it must be at least 12 characters long and include an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a special character (!@#$^% ) continue check the "i'm not a robot" recaptcha box to verify your identity and click continue to complete your registration
